Christine on the front desk is an amazingly capable manager, who was as kind and hilarious as she was professional and thorough. I had a bad experience at another mechanics in town, and they even offered to help me out where the other business had let me down. That really meant a lot during a stressful time trying to get my car back on the road as cheaply as possible.
